Salvation Prayer

Let us pray to God Almighty, the creator of the universe and solely responsible for all that is in it. He who has formed us, gives us each breath. Heavenly Father I know that I am a sinner. I take this moment to kneel before you in all humility and confess it. Although you know my sins, I turn from them now. I am sorry for what I have done and that I have hurt you. Please forgive me. I do believe that you are the only God of Heaven and the Creator of everything. I further believe that you gave your only Begotten Son to die on the cross for me and shed his blood to atone for my sin. I believe that Jesus died, and was buried and resurrected after three days. He ascended to Heaven and is at the right hand side of the Father, where he awaits to gather his

flock. I want to live my life as a Christian, turn from sin, and tell others about Jesus. I pray that you will give guidance and counsel to my soul. I pray that you will give me knowledge, wisdom, and understanding of your precious WORD through the Holy Spirit. I love you Lord with all that I am. I have confessed my sins before you and the Bible promises me that my sin has been washed as white as snow by the blood of Jesus; never to be remembered again! I go now to live the Christian life, rebuking Satan, and turning away from sin. By confessing and accepting your will for my life, I acknowledge your promise that says I am born again and my name is written in the Lamb's Book of Life. I will live with you God in all your Glory and praise you for all of eternity. Thank you Jesus! I believe that you are now my Lord and Savior. Fill me with your Holy Spirit. Come into my heart, take charge of my life and make me the way You want me to be. With Your ever present help, I renounce all my sinful practices from the past. Cleanse my heart, Lord with Your precious blood. In Jesus' blessed name, AMEN

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
