In Love With The Lord

A Prayer for Meaningful Purpose

In such a populous world, the loneliness you feel is tailored for me. It is the lack of your eyes in front of me that I see, for you are the only one that is meant to be. Seeking the promise of heaven's mate, you spend emotion without reserve, until hence removed. You handle thyself until no more, standing empty before the grace of God: cape bound over the mud puddle and having felt the trodden foot in passing. Live the seconds of life and sense their worth with silent remorse of meaningful purpose, in wait of the hour that nears. I thank you for the gift of your fiber, and ladling dignity to feed the mask of a fool. In turn, so I may caress the precious thoughts of you. Aware I am of your generosity, and now I give thanks for all you have given. Just one of the many reasons why I love you.
