A Prayer for Holy Mystery

Believe this with all your heart and feel secure, because there is hope. Look about you and realize that God has kept us safe and from harm, always watching over our lives. Nothing will harm us if in our hearts we are only eager to do well. I reach out to you in wonder and knowing that we are truly being washed and cleansed. We have been given to experience within the limitations of our human capacities a hint of the sorrow and Jesus triumphant will overshadow all sacrificial tones of the passion of Jesus and it. In holy mystery, altogether beyond our understanding, we have been visited for whatever reason with these inward experiences of an extraordinary gamut of sacrificial sorrow, compassion and contrition. I have cried after you with everything in me.
